A Quick Note on Apron Production: We make aprons approximately every 8 weeks. If you are curious where they stand in our current lineup please email us at eric@randijofab.com or text at 541.525.4217.
We designed these shop aprons in the midst of running our former bike shop, Rainy Peak Cyclery. Improvements came along as the repairs rolled in and the years clicked past.
We start with quality 10.10 oz waxed canvas and trim the entire apron with nylon grosgrain ribbon. The divided chest pocket swings away to prevent tools from falling out while bending over and snaps in place in case you want to do jumping jacks. Two rows of lower pockets give the wearer extra room for all the daily necessities close at hand. The bottom pockets are pleated for larger items and often catch dropped tools before they hit the floor. We utilize a cross strap system that takes the weight of the apron off your neck. An adjustable waist strap finishes the apron.
CARE: Do not wash. Spot clean only. They get better with lots of build-up (we think), but if it's really gross and you just can't take it any more we recommend soaking it in a bucket of cool or lukewarm water with a mild soap like Dr. Bronner's Castile soap and gently brushing the grimy surface till it's clean.
